Overview:
ANET Fiber Tech Inc. is currently delivering Phase 1 & Phase 2 common-area lighting upgrades for the Lendrum residential community under RFT 2025-026. The project scope includes removal of existing lighting fixtures, installation of new high-efficiency LED fixtures across exterior and shared spaces, electrical rewiring as needed, and ESA compliance and inspections. ANET is performing demolition, fixture replacement, pole and mounting upgrades, and staged electrical cutovers to ensure safety and uninterrupted access for residents and staff.

The project is being executed using ANET’s own forces, with careful scheduling and phased construction to maintain public access and minimize disruption within the active residential complex. Work includes permitting, safety barricading, waste removal and recycling of old equipment, and final commissioning and illumination testing. Upon completion, this upgrade will significantly enhance lighting performance, security, and long-term energy efficiency for the property, reinforcing ANET’s commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality municipal and community electrical modernizations.
