ANET Group successfully completed a large-scale LED lighting retrofit across multiple Rogers Communications buildings, enhancing energy efficiency, lighting quality, and system reliability.
The project scope included surveying and design verification, procurement of LED fixtures, panels, cables, and supports, safe demolition and removal of legacy lighting systems, and installation of new LED fixtures in corridors, stairwells, offices, and shared spaces.
All electrical work was executed in full compliance with ESA and CSA standards, with load verification and design certification provided by licensed engineering consultants retained for the project. Cutovers were carefully coordinated during off-peak operational hours to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
This project exemplifies ANET Group’s ability to manage and deliver complex electrical retrofits under live operational conditions—combining safety, efficiency, and precision craftsmanship. Through projects like this, ANET continues to help clients achieve sustainability goals and lower operational costs while modernizing critical infrastructure.
