Exterior Electrical Upgrade – McIvor Court (TBSSAB)

Overview:
ANET Fiber Tech Inc. is currently executing an exterior electrical upgrade at McIvor Court for TBDSSAB following award of RFT 2025-032. The scope includes removal and replacement of existing exterior parking lot posts, full upgrade and installation of new exterior lighting fixtures, and provision of tree trimming and removal to support site reconfiguration and safety compliance. The project involves trenching, pole and foundation work, fixture mounting, electrical terminations, system energization, and disposal of outdated equipment in accordance with environmental and municipal requirements.

ANET’s team is delivering this work with full adherence to ESA standards, site safety protocols, and operational continuity planning to ensure safe public access throughout construction. Work is being self-performed using ANET’s own forces, reflecting our capability to manage demolition, civil, and electrical scopes simultaneously. Upon completion, this project will significantly improve illumination, security, and energy efficiency across the property, reinforcing ANET’s proven record in municipal exterior electrical upgrades and community-facility infrastructure delivery.
