Neill Court LED Interior Lighting Upgrade (TBDSSAB)

Overview:
ANET Fiber Tech Inc. is executing a full LED lighting modernization for Neill Court Apartments under RFT 2025-024, encompassing complete replacement of interior lighting systems throughout common and administrative areas. The project scope includes removal and disposal of existing luminaires, installation of high-efficiency LED fixtures, and necessary electrical rewiring and cutovers to ensure full ESA compliance.

All work is being performed by ANET’s in-house electrical and construction crews, following a staged implementation plan that maintains tenant safety and building accessibility during active operations. The upgrade program covers corridors, stairwells, offices, and shared amenity areas, incorporating energy-efficient fixtures designed to improve lighting quality, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance occupant comfort.

The project includes permitting, safety barricading, recycling of decommissioned materials, and final commissioning with illumination performance testing. Once complete, the Neill Court retrofit will deliver long-term sustainability benefits and operational reliability, aligning with TBDSSAB’s commitment to modern, energy-efficient community housing infrastructure.
