OffGrid Hybrid Power for Remote Cell Sites 

ANET designed and installed a turnkey 48 kW off-grid power solution for three Rogers cell tower sites (C8455, C8456, C8457) at Hopper Lake, Marquis Lake, and North Burnt Bush Lake. Each location features multiple photovoltaic arrays, a vertical axis wind turbine, and a propane backup generator, delivering reliable year-round energy without grid connection. Our scope included structural support for PV modules, turbine mounting, battery storage integration, and site civil works. Comprehensive system testing and commissioning ensured seamless transition between renewable sources and propane backup, optimizing uptime in challenging northern conditions.
